Question by Say What!?!?!?: How much water should I drank each day…?
And don’t say “8 glasses”! A glass can be small or medium sized or huge. So in ounces or liters or whatever, how much should I drank.
I buy these Dasani waters that are 16.9 fl oz each…today I’ve drank 3 of those…is that enough? I tend to drank 2 a day which I know is probably not enough water a day.

2 is just fine. Usually I drink 1 1/2 because if I drink too much liquid i get urinary problem
